Fraudulent sale/ deficient service

Inspite of complaining number of times i regret to say LG has not bothered to respond positively. instead of accepting the fraud done by its dealer, LG is protecting ABHI ELECTRONICS, sector-10, faridabad by offering me the difference in sale price of the two refrigerators.furthermore the defective refrigerator they have delivered to me, LG is reluctant to replace it by a new one.though LG has not been able to repair it even after my six complaints to LG consumer care.
