Not received the free giftts with LG Refrigerato

I purchased LG 245 Litres single door fridge on 1st October. The dealer "Rajendra Electronics" informed that there is a gift with the product, but while purchasing they said it will be received in 3-4 days.

Today is 19th October, its been 19 days that I have not received the gifts.

When I called the LG Consumer support, they asked me to callback again so that they can launch a complaint. Which is pathetic. This is the 2nd time that I purchased the LG product and the experience was PATHETIC.

I will suggest everyone to think twice before buying any LG product. And hopefully I will get my free gift someday.
