DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SALE

I had purchased an LG refrigerator from a dealer in OTTAPALAM (PALKKAD DIST) last year. During the installation process it was noticed that the working sound from refrigerator was ubnormal and the service guy re-affirmed that it is normal and any further compained will be taken care if I am not satisfied. The sound increased and rattling sound appeared. I had complained to the dealer (Kochukudiyil agencies -Ottapalam) couple of times. The technician checked the matter after couple of months and confirmed that the warranty expires and I have to service charges. This was not acceptable to me and informed the dealer after visiting personally to their shop. It was in vain that the dealer could not take any action which seems that he received the money and deal is completed. The Company (LG) is cheating the consumer by selecting unqualified technician who are not able to analyze the problem nor rectify the fault in time. LG product is not up to the mark considering the after sales service.

Please be informed that the Palakkad service agent is absolutely against customer interest. Hence the LG company should have a customer feed back survey against this agent in Palakkad and focus for a dealer with better customer oriented and loyal dealer.
