LG products quality is not good and never buy LG products

I bought LG Refrigerator Model GL-201/205 on 16th March. Within 3 months it starts giving problems. Refrigerator light and cooling stopped functioning.

What kind of product LG manufacturing that within 3 months it starts giving problems.

LG customer care also not supportive. I called on 18th June at night to registered the complaint. I had a word with Mr. Adil and asked him to transfer the call to supervisor or senior. He just replied me that all seniors are busy. Then I asked him the name of senior. He told me name of senior is Mr. Anthony and he is also busy. I asked him to transfer this call to any other senior then he replied that all senior are busy and this information cannot be disclosed with any customer.

I don't want any repairing. I m looking for the replacement only as its a recent purchase.
