Problem in compresso

I have purchase 230 Ltr. double door refrigerator on July. I have facing the cooling problem from the beginning of purchase. I have many time registered complaint but no body resolve my problem. Last I have registered a complaint in customer care vide complaint no. RNA 120624054041 on dated 24.6.2012 but no body come from service center. I have again reminder to customer care on dated 27.6.2012 and 29.6.2012 and 1.7.2012 and 3.7.2012 but no response received from service center. You are requested to please look this matter is very urgent basis. If I have no reply from your side than I will go to consumer court.
