I've purchased LG Frost Free Refrigerator Model No. FEDG 5 on Dated 26.04.2011 from LG ELECTRONICS, kalimati road sakchi JAMSHEDPUR, .In last 6 months more than 15th times I have complaint regarding the fridge is not working properly, lg can check the complaints details that how many times the complaint made I am not satisfied with the model. Because from the day I have purchased I am facing problkem in it so request you to pls change the existing model with double door model am ready to pay the differential amount for double door as we all know LG is name of a good brand so looking customer grievances LG should replace the existing model, as I dont want to change the brand I will go with the LG brand only but request you to pls get the unit replaced with the double door, .looking forward with favourable response LG
