Delay in the delivery of refrigerato

I have purchased LG REFRIGERATOR MODEL 308 VE5 on 9/10/10 from snehanjali retail private ltd- the electronic planet which is in maxus mall at G 12/13. Bill no is 201044 on the name of megha janbandhu..

Those people havent deliver the REFRIGERATOR uptill today i.e 10/10/10 in night also...

they are nor recieving calls also... and i have fully paid amount on the day of purchase itself...

Please help us in this matter...
