Fridge not cooling

We bought an LG Refrigerator in April. Just after 2 years, the cooling is gone. After registering complaint, nobody is attending to the problem properly. Its 3 weeks now in this hot weather and everytime we get to hear just one thing from customer care that the engineer will call in 24 hours. Gas was filled 2 weeks back, but every other day, the fridge has no cooling.

My suggestion to people reading this is not to buy LG Refrigerators. The products are not good then how come "Life is Good" with LG. This advertisement should be banned. Problems start after the warranty period. Thats why the schemes of exchange offers are coming up for such products where the consumers don't get anything, infact they have to shell out more money from their pockets.
