I have bought a refrigrator last year on 25-09-09. i have problem with it's defrost system since last six months i have registered many of complain in lg customer care to regarding this problem my request status is

but every time i get a unsatisfactory answer by lg.they have ensure me that there no technical problem in my refrigrator and we are not able to solve the problem and we will replace your refrigrator soon. but i have not get any answer by them yet.i am very dissapointed by lg, s services. please replace it immedietly.and dont ignore my request.
