Worst service i had come across with such a big name (LG)

Dear Harshit,

I believe this is just a standard format of replying & i would like to tel you that, again today one of your enginer came to my residence for solving the refrigerator problem but again with "NO RESULT". This will be last mail to your service centre & am telling you right now itself tomm am going to your service centre ie Prime Service Plot no.2 Community centre Maya Puri

near hdfc bank & i want my refund of Rs. 4200.

Am highlighting this issue with Aaj Tak News Channel now.

Dear All,

This is my forth complaint to you guys for the same issue & this time am really frustrated. One of your enginer came to my residence on 8th june'10 to raplace the Compressor of refrigerator & since then constantly am complaining that freezer is not able to prepare "ICE". From that particular day 3 other enginer's visited my residence for the same thing. But none of them was able to solve it. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Complaint no's which i registered with your service centre are as follows:-

1) C-1061206181

2) C-1061423012

3) C-1062121804

Suggestion:- Please hire those people who can actually solve the problem in ONE SINGLE visit.
