Very low quality component and poor service

Hello,

I have window AC 1.5 T of LG Company, and under AMC, I am getting frequent problem of this product, the component of this product is very low and cheap quality, a small fluctuation in power its component gets damage, in a month I faced tow times this problem and after the problem complain to customer care and someone from LG service comes after one or two days and checked, say startup PCB get damage and not available in our store when it will be available, will be replaced, but I am asking why such low quality component they are using, this is India and in this country voltage fluctuation are there so accordingly it must be designed, even I am using steplizer but in spite of this if there is small fluctuation happen the component of AC get damage and after that LG service takes minimum one week to repairs it, how we manage in hot summer season.
