I have purchased LG 1 ton split AC Unit Model No. LSA3CG5VF1 from M/s Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd. Murbad Road, Kalyan (W) on dated 9th October.

While installing the unit by opening the sealed pack by your representative Mr. Aashish, there was a water leakage from the indoor unit. On scrutiny by opening the unit by your representative to know the cause of leakage, it was found that in the drain tray inside the unit, one broken part of it is pasted with some solution.
