L.G 1.5 ton A.C.unit bought, inatalled on 10.11.08.by service Er. SUHAIL (as read from the signature in the bill) Due to improper installation there was leakage in gas in the nut in the pipe line in the indoor unit. When I notice that there was no cooling effect I was force to call the LG.SERVICE to fix the problem. The mechanic fixed the prblem as leakage of gas and he saw the leakage due to improper tightening of the rcarlessness of the company's service engineer I was put into trouble and mental agony. I request the company to reimburse the amount and make a thorough check of the unit.so that I will not face any problem due to their negligence.
