Split A.C. working without cooling effect

Vide Inv No.2795 dt 18 Aug M/S Ganpath Electronics, Chennai-7 has charged Rs.1765 for gas changing.

After several phone calls for no cooling effect, vide Job No. OWG C10A130047 dt 13 Oct they attended the complaint.

Again for the same complaint and after repeated phone calls and follow up, Service Engineer, Mr P Mani Kandan of Ganpath Electronics, Chennai 600007 (Their Job Sheet dated 23rd Jan) has brought almost empty gas cylinder and smartly tried to attend to the defect. When I pointed out the emptiness, he replied that by oversight he brought empty gas cylinder instead of gas filled one.

After half an hour he brought another cylinder saying that he borrowed one from his colleague who was attending to same complaint nearby. Cooling effect has been resumed after attending but he has not detected the leaky area. He asked me to sign on the blank Job Sheet without signing by him. When I insisted his signature, he replied that he is a newly joined temporary employee. Finally I signed only after signing by him.

Within a week the same complaint started. As the defect occurred third time, I sent a mail and 2 Service Engineers visited on 15 Mar (night) and concluded that through examination is reqd at their service centre.

On 16 Mar 2 Reps have visited and lifted the A.C. (indoor and out-door units) stating that complete rectification work will be done.

Branch Service Manger Mr. Suresh K Pykkat on his mobile number 9962563755 has informed that the unit is rusty due to coastal area and the best rectification will be done and delivered.

Afterwards not known about the status of the unit.
