Service complaint

We have lodged a complaint on 22.04.11 (comp. no. RNA110422085801) for a.c. not working. then technician came & detected that capacitor to be changed & replaced the capacitor, however a.c. again not functioning. Again technician came & found that compressor to be replaced & changed the compressor, again the a.c. not working. Again after nos. of calls to Mr. Arvind (9811354774), Mr. Ajit (8860622602), they send a technician & detected that pcb has to be changed. But since then no one came to solve my problem. Therefore the complaint is still not closed since 22.04.11. Its an irony that a big brand like

lg could not sort the simple problem. Kindly help me out.
