Lg split a/c
Not working

Bought an LG split AC last month. Only the fan works. No cooling. Technician visited yesterday. Said that the machine is faulty. The gas leakage is internal. Told that he will come today (15/4/10) to take the machine to the work shop. Did not turn up till evening.

Can some one tell whether we need to accept a faulty machine? Can it not be referred to LG and a new machine be issued. This machine worked only for 10 days.
