Service issues

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a split ac 1 ton last year, there was a service issue for a long time, which was only attended very recently for which i have been try to get hold of for a period of time. The service men diagnosed the issue as to change the coil of the unit, this happened 2 month back, still now i am waiting for a reply, iI hope you look into my problem soon.
