Dear all, I am sreekanth

I made a purchase of LG 1 ton split ac from dealer 1 month ago, Now the device is dead (not working anymore),

i made complaint for service on 12th using LG toll free number 18001809999 april and one guy came and told hell come nd repair coming day, later i made complaints 14th 16th 18th, till now my AC is not yet serviced, I am totally fed up with This LG product, I am using this ac in My office and still if it not solved, i ll defenitly go consumer cort.
