Dear Sir,

Pl refer to my complaint no. RNA110425005095 dated 25.04.2011 and subsequent complaints many times after that.

I was told by the engineer visting my place that compressor is not working. But after many complaints nobody is visiting my place.

I contacted Mr Wadhwa. He gave me the number of Mr Pomposh, Service Head Ghaziabad. He then passed on one Engineer Mr Ali's no. But despite my many calls noone has visited nd resolved my problem

Kindly look into the matter urgently.
