Not working properly

Sir, i am complaining again and again that my A.C is not working properly but they are not listening.their technician visited and took charges and said A.C IS FINE..when we again comlainted about that, they said we will take charges again.when i complainted at their customer care, they gave me number of P.R.O but she is not picking the phone.once she picked and said that it is consumer fault not their.

yesterday their another technician came .when we discuss our problem he replied in wiered way and roughly.

now we again complainted but no one has called us

so now we are comlaining to you.hope you will help us
