Inspite of our repeated requests and calls, the above referred Complain No. has not yet been resolved.

Initially the problem diagnosed by their service people was that the compressor of the AC has some problem and hence it was taken to their service centre. It was supposedly rectified and was brought back to us but the same problem continued. It was again taken for the second time to their service centre and was again brought back saying that now it is perfectly OK and would run properly. But again the same problem persisted. Till now the problem is not resolved.

We have tried speaking on the following contact numbers given by their service people but none of them have cooperated with us in resolving the problem: 9836279333, 9831139206, 9163314271, 9830937261

We are not asking for some charity from LG. This AC is under AMC and the problem is not yet resolved.
