Service Issue & False Commitment by whole staff of Reliancedigital, Vashi

Hello,

Sub: Replacement of LG Washing Machine Commitment by staff of Reliancedigital, Vashi

On 14dec 09, I visited Reliance Digital @ Vashi. With kind of representation and information given by one OF representative I was impressed and decided to buy LG washing machine & TV from Vashi.

On 15dec its delivered to my house kamothe, But due to misshandling new washing machine got some dent and also one leg break,

After complaing to reliance Customer care they send one LG engineer, I described all the issue, he comitted thast this will be changed by new one,

Now i spoken lots of time with the RELIANCE customer care on - 02244722221 (MAYURESH on 18dec at 1:00pm, he told me that he will not change, please don't call us) which was provided by the staff, but no one responding,

Kindly help us to get new one
