NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTRE ERNAKULAM

I had lodged a compalint with LG comstomer care on 18th june regarding the television not working. The television inside board give to ernakulam service centre. The LG costomer care says that they have forwarded the complaint to service center. But I did not any call form service center. I had called up service center many tirmes. They say they will call me back after some time. But I never got the call back.

Please not that tv parts at service centre one month over..
