No customer care

Bought a LG Lcd tv last year. It has konked out with no power supply reaching it. Despite calling up continuously everyday in the past week at their customer care number 18001809999, no technician has yet even cared to call. Each call to the customercare number is responded by a man/woman with an impersonal, machine accent who keeps repeating that my complaint would be attended to soon. Calls to the dealer -Ideal Agencies, Trivandrum- from whim I bought too has been of no use. I will never buy a LG product in future as for them customer is crap.
