respected sir,

I am here to complain about my lg tv model no.21FG4AGE-AX.Sir my tv has been send to the service center in etah (u.p). There is some problem in picture tube the service has be done according to them. They said that they had change the picture tube and make us sure that there will be no problem in it and they had taken charge to me of picture tube (Rs.2781) include all the terms and taxes .but i think that they had done cheating with us because the problem is not solved that we had complained about it.even they had not given us the old picture tube and i think that it is my old picture tube. The tcr no.is L35159/A/00767 and the TIN no.09725806336 and our complain no.isRNA111007045184 ihave done this complain to my nearest otherised centre ONE TOUCH SOLUTIN (ashu guest house, railway road etah 207001) on date 8/10.

so sir i kindly requst u to kindly pai attention on my problem
