Dear Concern

I have bought 32 inch Videocone LED MODEL NO. TVV32550FB SERIAL NO. 111011110100100 billing name KAPIL KHATRI on date 29th nov. In june month we have facing the display prob in LED than i registered the complaint through your customer care in 14th june than your engineer has came out and check my prob but the display of my led is not proper set. Than i again registered the complnt as on 30th june and your engineer has visited again and this time he had shut down my led. now when i contact your engineer he dose not pick my phone and i registered my complaint in your customer care daily but my problem are as it is.

kindly resolve my prob as soon as possible.
