LG Washing Machine
Machine software is not functioning proeperly

Our LG machine is under warrant period, but while washing cloths, machine makes lot of big noise.

The software is not functioning proper. When you see, 6 minues left and all of suddent, after noise you get error and then its back to 16 minutes.

Despite complaining on number of occasions, company representative doesnt come and look into the matter despite giving complaining on number of occasions.

We want our problem to be solved before warranty period expires in April.

So pls look into the matter and provide resolution.
