POOR SERVICE / NO SERVICE

Dear all

we have lg washing machine model # lg-1262s, sr -910NLNC037671

We contacted to the customer care on 06/03 that the machine is not working properly. But it is shocking that there is no any kind of reply or any further action taken by lg service station.

my complaint no is C-103060151522 .

wish the proper action taken by the lg people.

All this affects the reputation of the LG company.
