SERVICE CENTRE ISSUE

Sir,

I had registered a complaint with LG Service centre, (Sincere) at ernakulam about my washing machine on monday 28.6.10. At that time i was informed by service centre team that, the complaint will be solved with in 24 hour. I also made several calls in this regard. Sorry to say, nobody has attened my call, also it was a pathetic response from there. I was surprised to see such type of bad service from LG Company..
