Delay in installation, Rude behavior of staff

I bought a LG washing machine two days back from Shah & CO, Adyar, Chennai. The machine was delivered on the same day, old machine taken back under buy-back program (I agreed to it because the installation was promised within 24 h). The installation guy called on Saturday and over phone tried to sell additional stuff (Stand, cover etc for the machine) and when I told that I am not interested, he seem to have lost interest. He didn't turn up. Today when I called him, he was very rude and when I asked him when he will come, he said "I can't tell you".

Our whole weekend is wasted waiting for a guy who never came and probably I will lose Monday too. When we wash all the 3 days clothes on Monday, the water tank will become empty.

Moral of the story: Never buy LG equipment, don't believe salesman in Shah & CO.
