LG Washing Machine
Very Poor and Rude Service provided by Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad

I have purchased a LG washing machine worth Rs.21000/- from Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad, as per their policy to return the product with in 7 days if you not satisfied and i was not at all satisfied with the service provided by Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad neither with the product but they deny to cancel some how they agree to do it after 3days of conversation and arguments.

it was a great service that after cancelling the order they have sent a replacement product. reason behind cancelling it the way their managers and associate talk over the phone which was very rude with no help at all. very poor service. i was misunderstood by looking the the Big Brand Reliance Digital and expected at least trained managers working with reliance. but was totally wrong... i have spoke to 3-4 manager and around 5-6 associates none of them were help full or neither had customer service attitude. just because of the staff the the complete brand is getting effected.
