Dear sir/madam

I purchased an LG washing machine 5 years back and for the past 6 months it is giving problems. I am fed up of contacting the local service centre. My machine is with them for the past 3 months and every time I call them the reply is they are not getting the spare part. I have also tried to contact your customer service but they are saying that since the machine is at the service centre they cannot do anything. I want to know that a company like LG which boasts itself to be top class is having such poor after sales service. The local service centre is keeping the machine and not even bothering to tell anything to the customer. I am really hurt by their rude and irritable behaviour and regret buying an LG product. Also this is the third time I am complaining online and no action has been taken at your end. The after sale service provided by LG is totally unsatisfactory and I Think that i will never opt for an LG product again.
