Faulty wasing machine

Sir,

I had purchased the Top loading fully automatic washing machine on date 31 march. Since I purchased, getting problem {UE: Unbalanced Load} in washing machine. 4 to 5 times your technical engineer checked the washing machine but not able to solve the problem. I'm continuously try to call your engineer (Manjoj) number (09582211050) who checked the washing machine last time on date 29 April but he didn't pick my call. Then I made a call on your TOLL Free number 1800-180-9999. They had provides me some numbers of service center gurgaon. I also try these number's (landline : 01243027300, Mr. Utsav : 098730023820, supervisor 09953654922) but they didn't my call. I'm completely frustrated. Please either refund my money or replace this faulty washing m/c by new m/c.
