VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction of poor customer service.i have purchased LG washing machine Model no 8068LDP on 14th of this month from "SHRIRAM SHOPPE No 318 M.G road, Puducherry-1 (0413-4209522). we were informed that the customer care service would provide us the demonstration on yesterday i.e (18th). we are still waiting for the demonstration but till now there is no such response. It would be kind of you to please take immediate action.
