Washing machine not yet repaired even after complaining several times

Dear Sir/Madam

he washing machine (Fully Automatic) has been dismantled at my home by the service center (Shri Electronics Sanpada), however inspite of repeated follow ups with Service center and the LG representative for the sanpada area (Mail and Mobile), the same is not repaired, I have been repeatedly commited dates and assurances, but all of that is to not avail as the repair work is still pending and the washing machine is still in a dismantled state, this has caused immense trauma and mental harassement to me and my family members, request you to kindly intervene.
