No response from the local service

LG make washing machine TROMM 5.5 Kg was aciedentally fallen and control pannel was short circuited due to leakage of water as reported by the company service man. He took the complaint about 3 months back, till date service people either will not attend tha call or if attended, after hearing the whole episode, they give a replay that wiat for another couple of days to get the spares. They never say when it will be rectified/ repaired.
