Front Panel not working

The above unit front panel is not working. Complaint no C10A1102984 was filled with LG call centre on 9 Oct 10. Despite daily reminder to call centre, no action or reply from LG Service Engineer. Call centre gave no of Customer Care Executive Ms Sanjini (Mumbai) 9920380085, who does not take up the call. Local Service Centre in Andheri East (tel 28574964) gave no of Service Supervisor Mr Ramji (9619298283) who also refuses to take the call.

Same instance was there last time (6 months ago) when their was a complaint. LG should disband their 2.1.1. service initiative as the same is a colossal failure
