Sir,

our washing machine is not working properlly. I have complained so many times. After 15 days of complaint, their service man come to our home, when they know that this washing machine has AMC, they went. Then I complaint Mrs POOJA MATHUR, Mr. SACHINE, but they have not any action. I frustated. really LG is a very very poor company regarding their service. LIFE"S BAD to purchase LG PRODUCT.

I have done AMC in Rs. 4000.
