We own a 2 ton AC of LG. The compressor is still in warranty and is not working properly. So we registered a complaint to the service centre. Someone from the company came and told that AC will be picked up from our house tomorrow for repairing. When it was not picked up for a week we again registered a complaint then the AC was picked up and we were told it will be delivered back within 2-3 days. Its been more than a week but we havent received it back and when we call them and ask about the status they are unaware about it and tell us you will be notified very soon. We still wonder when will be receive it and what problem does it has and how much they are going to charge us for it?

We never thought at the time of purchasing that such Branded companies will also trouble us to such an extent.
