EXTREME POOR SERVICE

DEAR SIR,

I am Dr. P.G.JADHAV (vidya niketan colony malewadi road Udgir) had taken washing machine.

For servicing purpose we had taken a HLP (HAPPY LIVING PLAN) at the date 12-09 to 11-09.

we havent got any servicing after the plan taking.

Is this is the way you treat your valuable coustomer. Today is 08-09 we are complaining repeatedly still there is no response.

I am unhappy with your service.they send a service worker who doesnot know anything moreover the magnetic chip is not available in the store n they wont order it too it is one thing that trouble often but they wont fix it the chip simly gets removed on its own... also the drier hits inside walls when on.

please send service personnel with good knowledge.

Hope we will get service in plan taken.if we dont get response then this would be the last time we would take any lg product and will spread the bad word about it to others too...
