Misbehavior by service personnel

I had registered a service requirement of my window AC to the call center on 08.04.2011 by complaint no. RNA110408035247. I have taken 3 yrs. AMC in 2009. After the service was done I showed the service personnel the copy of receipt issued by LG Care which he refused to accept and demanded Rs. 330.00 for the service and misbehaved with my family.
