LG Window AC
LG Service Center is not responding

I have raised a complaint for my LG window AC (RMA120518013378) on 18th May. The engineer visited our home on 7th May and told us that the AC need to be taken to workshop for Gas refilling and will be picked within day or two.

Since then there is no response from the service centre. I have followed up with the customer care 2 times and they have provided me with the Noida service centre phone number 0120-4177550 calling on which do not respond.

Now I am planning to get it repaired on a local vendor.

I will not recommend any body to sign their AMC servicing contract as their service is really pathetic.
