We have purchased one Water Purifier thrugh Aquatech India, vide address WQA-11749R78IN, H-20, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092.

that we purchased this R.O/28L from the afore said address on 5th april on a total cost of Rs.16000/-, After a month we have started giving complaint with the afore said company as the water purfier was not working properly, and still it is not working, not purifying the water. we have made lot of complaint in this regard but they attend the complaint only twice, that too didnt give any result.

We request you to please look into the matter and help us to get this water purifier in good working condition.
