Products not delivered

I had ordered some Diamonds, Samsung LCD Tv. and a few other things that were on offer through my Credit Card on the 28th of last month. The delivery address for the products was: Arindam Shahi, Q-458, 4th Floor, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector-21, Noida - 201 301. Uttar Pradesh. The said products were to be dispatched from Delhi. I fail to understand why it is taking such a long time as it is already more than 10 days today. My Booking ID Nos. are : 1. 880388585, Value- Rs. 43, 990/-

Total- Rs. 58, 978/-
