Gift not received .payment done thru' credit card

i had booked mobile handset on phone, (call was from living media in) & payment of Rs14, 998 was done by my SCB credit card (last four digits--0587) dated 15/05/10 (may)& was assured that i will be receiving hand set withing 7 working days. But till date i had not received the handset or not any communication from company about the delivery status.

So i request either deliver me the product or give my money back.
