Ignorance for the repair of AC

Sir, i have lloyd AC in my house from last 4 years but my AC is not working from last one month. i have submitted a complaint about it in customer care on 11-6 (complaint no. 04061194926) and 16-06-11 (no.160611104238) but they have not taken any step regarding its repairance. We went to our dealer SK electronics in bathinda but they are also not responding due to which we are getting mentally and financially harassed. my AC is under warranty. Kindly solve our problem as soon as possible.
