LLYOD Split AC 1.5 ton
Nooise and less cooling

My name is Rahul Maan and I have purchased a LLYOD SPLIT AC 1.5 TON on 17-apr-11 from Prerna Electronics sector-7 faridabad. From day 1 there is a problem in swing motor. When they installed that AC we asked them whats this noise they said that a minor problem in swing motor and they will change it, but they haven't changed it yet though they have visited twice and moreover from last two days it is making lot of noise and cooling is also very less.

I have called the shopkeeper several times he is also saying that they have forwarded the complaint to LLYOD company and their engineers will come and check.

Now i dont want that AC to be repaired, because it this piece is having problems within 1 month then who knows whats the next problem, thats why i want a brand new AC.
