Local Chandni Chowk mobile shop
Cheated for tablet and taken my money, did not returned anything and try to beat me

Hello Sir,

Yesterday, i went to chandni chowk on local mobile shop, they saind that they are whole sale dealer of mobile shop and i asked him a second hand Samsung tablet. He finalize the deal in 3000 rs. I asked him for the bill, he gave me the bill of 2500 rs and asked me to sign on the bill. then he took the money and he put some stamp on the paper later. He did not even gave me the tablet and bill, he even did not returned my money. He told taht you have signature on the parer that this is a theft mobile and he threatened me to beat if i will ask for money.

Please tell me how i can take my money back and proceed for mecessary action against them.
