Deduction of balance from my phone

I m using loop mobile and yestrday dey had deducted 89 rs from my phone as i didn't activated anything..so i want my balance back..pls refund me my rs.89..its my request as it had deducted 4m themselves..i dont want any activation on my phone plssssssss... even my netwrk is very very poor..don kno still hw long i hav2 adjust???
