Frequent dedication of balance

Sir/madam

I hv done 222 refile on my cell no:-9821117996 after 2 mins i received the msg my bal. Is dedicated i hv call to customer care they are saying that balance cutted for internet browsing u say that if zero balance their how can a person can do the surfing.and more than 200 msg i hv received that minimum balance . again i hv done 30 rs recharge after 1 mins i hv received the msg your balance is dedicated. I asked the reason to exceutive they are saying that balance is dedicated for surfing.

i request u take some action.
